Max wall-ball shots in remaining time (14/20 lb)(9/10 ft)
– Rest 1:00 between rounds; so, 2:00 of work + 1:00 rest each round.

Spicy fun. Done all climbs btw 20-25s. 3 sets of wallballs everytime. 10/10/10 ish till it started dropping off.

Just paced till I found a pace I could maintain then did t put the ball down on the last round.

Rope climb was easy. Wall Balls were hard on my lungs.
