1 round for reps:

5 minutes of Double Unders

4 minutes of Jumping Pull-Ups

3 minutes of Walking Lunges

2 minutes of Shoulder Press

1 minute of Box Jump

  Coach’s notes:  Guys use 65 and gals 45 lbs for the shoulder press.  Box jump is to 20 inches for guys and 15 inches for gals.  Post number of reps for each set and total to comments.

I have the nastiest case of DOMS from Tuesday’s WOD (Paige). I can hardly walk, so there is no way I could do today’s WOD.
Instead: 17 burpees + 3 x 2min of 65lb shoulder press w/ 2min rest + 3 x 30 sec L-sit.
