Did this at 6 a.m. 37:28 Scaled Box Jumps 20″ and WB 8#.
I guess it’s a bonus that I am first to post, because I was last finishing and when I compared to the last 3 times it was my slowest yet. PB is personal best, what is personal worst? PW? Anyhow, it sucked, but the energy in the room was great and the coaching was just right – they knew when to back off when I had that look.

27:38 not as rx’d due to those knees and elbows not meeting everytime. They were however much better than last time as I got about 20 before I had to modify.

26:11 as rx’d haven’t fine this one in ages – my goal was sub 30… Just tried to keep moving! Burpees were more like belly flops, WB’s mostly in 5s … (And hurt)
