A1.  Hang Squat Clean – 2 reps X 7 sets, rest 90-120s

A2.  Strict L-Pull-ups – AMRAP X 7 Sets, rest 90-120s

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk – 50#/35#
14/12 Cal Row

A1. 135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195f (left hand slipped on the second rep), 195, 205 PR for a single and double.
A2. 6,6,5,5,3,5,3. These were mostly somewhere between an L and a lower case h. All supinated grip.

A2) Mostly 3’s chest to bar, various letters of the alphabet imitated poorly.

Pretty beat up after Tuesday and Wednesday so went for active recovery and tapped out after 5 rounds.
A1: 65/75/85/95/95
A2: just did hangs with knees bent between 10-15 seconds. And yes, they were infinity more difficult when I started doing them right and pushing away from the bar.

Wod: worked up to 150#. Made 1 at 155#.

TT: 9 rounds + 10reps. Man was I getting slower each round. Thanks for counting and taking splits Jo.

9 rounds even, only 40# DB, did not trust the shoulder in this one.

Did bent knee V holds and strict pull ups with band

237 reps…….30 reps less than in 2018……not my best performance but I will take it for how I felt tonight. Nice work everybody!

Didn’t do open in 17/18 so nothing to compare to. T2B grip and having more aerobic capacity than a hyperventilating goat might help.

264 reps Rxd (8 rounds plus 8 T2B). Stoked. Did this back in January, only used 35# and got 267 reps. Tonight, Rxd only 3 reps less. Cool to look back at these ones, doesn’t always feel like it, but I guess the shoulders have come a long way. Lots of awesome efforts tonight – good work all. Thanks Brett!!
