Coach’s notes: Guys use 30 lbs and gals 20 for the snatch and make sure to do equal reps/side. Post time to complete to comments.

incase you are wondering the workout should read – single arm dumbbell split snatch followed by knees to elbows. The grip is going to be taxed big time today.
Sub’d 10#, instead…and those knees were no where in the vicinity of those elbows, btw. Anyway, bad form or not, the time was 18:14
