2.  AMRAP Push Press

Coach’s notes:  Post load for each set of bench press to comments.  Use 50% of your heaviest single in bench press as the load for the AMRAP push press.  Post number of reps achieved in a single set.  Rest as needed between sets. 

Attention CF Preschoolers – class on Sunday, Ocotber 25 at 3 pm will be cancelled for this week only.  Classes will resume on Sunday, November 1.

Pushpress – 24 @ 80lbs.


95(2), 105(2), 115(20), 125(1), 130(1), 135(1), 140(f)… the 135 went up so easy and i got the 140 out of the bottom but just couldnt get it up. bummer. then 22 push press at 67.5. fun WOD!

This was my first time at bench press. Fun! 2×55- 2×61.5- 2×71.5- 1×76.5- 1x81f- 1x81f- 1x81f. Brett was sure I could do It. Thanks! I will next time for sure. 23 @ 45 lbs for push press. Thanks for the push!
