Great complex!
I continue to dial it back in order to give my injury time to heal. Coaches are so great to find modifications etc for the movements I’m unable to do currently.

I thought today went ok, but feeling pretty wrecked after these last 2 WODs 😬🤯 Happy with each and every progression.. you never stop learning with CrossFit! 💪🏻

Felt like a good day to work on technique more than load, so that’s what I did.

155 split fail
Back was a bit tweaky earlier today, but think it made me focus so much on what I was doing tonight, I actually felt really good. Best the jerks have ever felt for sure. Switched to split jerks for the 155# but they were super messy and failed the third one.
Some great lifts tonight, nice work 5:45!

Worked up to a set of three at 105, dialled back to 95 to work on my holds in each position (great tip Brett). Lots of fun great class.

worked on cleans and jerk separately – cannot keep my hand position during cleans to allow a jerk.
