Did step-ups for the box jumps, knees we not to elbows, but close, used 6lb wallball to 9ft mark and used 32lbs for SDLHP.
It was a sweaty one. Nice work 6 a.m. gang! Thanks Colin.


18:09 rx’d except subbed GHDs (50 reps) for K2E since I have booboos on both my hands from yesterday. Whitney thanks for being there so I had to work extra hard to try to keep up to you. Great job ladies at 7AM, thanks Colin!

Did Burpee and stepup on Box
Knees to close to elbows – got a couple of kips
WB – Rx’d and sets of 10
SDLHP – 75lbs and sets of 10

20″ box for BBJ. First 10 were jumping then switched to step up.
K2E – worked on kipping. Knees didn’t touch elbows. I stopped at 40. I didn’t like these. I prefer to swing slightly between each K2E.
WB – 12#
SDLHP – 52#

Scaled to 30 reps/movements
1st 10 BJ jump down, rest step down
K2E: knees to air!
WB: 14#, 9ft line
SDLHP: 55
Heavier Sumo then I would normally do, so pleased with this as hips were firing better.
Next time should do 40 reps

Almost embarrassed by how much I modified this but my shoulder is still pinched ๐Ÿ™ did 40 reps of everything. Burpees were step ups, did sit ups (those hurt the most), 8# wb and the baby bar for SDHP. I went that’s the main thing lol

Split up knees to as high as possible on the bar with knees to elbows situps (alternating 5 of each)
Wallballs were fast as was the SDLHP

Jason had us go off a 20″box for everyone.

been pretty messed up this week after the deadlift workout and the dumbbell workout…i think i may have mis-counted some reps during the workout…this was a huge grind for me.

Scale – 25 k2e and 25 V-ups
