CFC Kids

As many rounds in 20 minutes:

10 Overhead Squats (OHS)

10 Burpees

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95 lbs and gals 65 lbs for the OHS.  Post number of completed rounds to comments.

8 rounds + 10 OHS


5 rounds (may have been 6 – I lost count).
38lbs back squats instead of OHS.


8 rounds. Did 132 lb back squats instead of OHS due to shoulder.


10.75 rounds (10 rounds + 10 OHS + 5 Burps)


7 rounds, only 65lb OHS
