Did this one by myself at 9:00 in order to free up a piece of equipment for 9:30. Not a fun one to do on my own.
Rogue bike 35cals – rounds 1,2,4,6
Row 40cals – rounds 3,5,7
Averaged about 3:45 a round. Rower was slightly faster than the bike.

Oops, almost forgot time mention, scaled this sucker right off the hop, 35 cals each round all done on the Devil’s tricycle.


I was clearly all sorts of messed up after that. Missed typing a round and bad math!! Let’s try this again

This one was a tough one for sure. Need to work on being more efficient on my rowing but the updowns felt good!

First two rounds RX:

Rounds 3-7 at 30 cals on the rower:

Realize now that I misread this one. Thought that it was 40 cal on the rower or 35 cal on the bike for all. Didn’t realize that it was 40 cal for men and 35 cal for women.
Also realize the difference between working out alone, and with a group. The 9:30 class all pushed the last round hard to finish as fast as possible. I took the approach that hey I’ve got five minutes to finish the last round.


I partnered up for this WOD.

Did 40 cal rows.
First round was great. 2:54
I lost my form on round 2 so my time was 3:12.
Thanks Derek P for your keen eye. I fixed my form and immediately reaped the benefits.

My rounds stayed between 2:51 and 3:05 for all remaining rounds. Might be my best rowing performance ever.

Really liked this one, even though I was feeling slightly pukey at the end. Favourite round was number 4 when the up/downs were in tandem with Christine.

Well that interesting 💀 . Just focused on good technique on the row and going harder then I wanted to on the up downs.
