37:04, ran, did GHD situps instead of regular. Quite a grind, only spot to rest was the run.
Nice to run outside at 6am in late November!
This was a workout where I had to remind myself to run my own race and keep a consistent pace. Tried to keep each round sub-8 minutes.
Finished in 39:33, rowing instead of running. Thanks OG!

My goal was to only get lapped by Brian but not Mortson or Aaron. It was close but goal achieved!
Bike – 500m instead of run, everything else Rx.
Found a pace that was just on the edge of awful and stayed there. Significant floor time after until the barfy feeling went away.
