SP: 43/53/58/60.5, 28.5lb PR from last time
PP: 63/68/73/78/83f (got 1.5) think Lat gave up the ghost on the last lift and shoulder tried to take over, so my elbow flared out (thanks for letting me know Marika, I couldn’t even tell!), tried again but wasn’t going to happen last and traps are toast after yesterday………apart from that I was more excited that I could lower the 83 between lifts!

A. Worked up to 62#. I didn’t quite make the last rep at this weight. My left arm wanted to but my right arm didn’t.
B. Worked up to 92#. Probably room for more but stopped here today. Then worked on some handstand stuff.
