got to 157.5 for three. couldn’t get 160 to go even for one.

First time doing a thruster.

160lbs.


55/60/65/70/75/80/85 x 2 failed on 3rd/85 x 1 failed on 2nd
too much of a burn in shoulders to try again.

Started squatting to med. ball (just touching – no bounce)

Neil 95/105/115/125/135(f) then did thruster ladder to 10 using 95 lbs
Judy – 2nd wod since being back after being away for 6 weeks – did 5 reps of 22/32/42/52(2) thrusters and then thruster ladder and got up to 5 at 42 lbs

75/105/125/145/155/165 but it wasn’t a real 165 more like a front squat to standing than a push press


Up to 135. These felt weird.
Also did a few weighted pullups just to see how they feel.

44/54/64 then did a 44 lb ladder 1-10. Just to continue with better form. Thanks Chantal.
