“Crossfit Total”
Maximum 1 repetition back squat
Maximum 1 repetition shoulder press
Maximum 1 repetition deadlift
Coach’s notes: Determine your maximum weight for the 3 lifts. Rest as appropriate between sets as you work up. It is not uncommon to take 10 or more sets to reach your maximum and to be resting over 5 minutes between sets. Post all 3 maximums and your total for the three lifts.
ok, didn’t happen to like either WOD from the main website or Calgary Crossfit (no offense) so I opted for the WOD from October 25.
Sub’d running for rowing & sub’d 65# barbell for the deadlifts…the back said no to 95# today.
