50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Jumping Pull-ups
Double unders
Sit-ups
Back Extensions

I am new to the program and am still trying to figure out how to best complete the WOD.
For today, do i do 5 sets of the 50-40-30-20-10 reps for each excercise?
What is the typical rest between sets?

To do this workout you start by doing 50 jumping pull ups, 50 double unders, 50 sit ups, 50 back ext, the proceed to the 40’s 30’s etc. until all are done.

There is not any rest between sets at all, it is a workout that you do straight through, with quick rests where needed. Over time the rests will become shorter and the exercises will become quicker.

Now 3-2-1 GO!

This was a good one for me. Some delay waiting for the back extension thing.

outdoor class:

2 hill sprints
1 stair lunge, 1 stair sprint, 1 stair hop

3 sets of 10 single arm Dbell snatches (alternating arm on sets), 20 push ups/sit ups

5 rounds of Bear complex using dumb bells (30 lb dumb bells)

all in all a miserable workout 🙂

10 rounds 50 squats / 20 walking lunges (12# med ball) = 28:XX minutes
Think the last time I had that much trouble walking from my car to the house involved some wine! Think I will just sleep on the main floor tonight….

Had some troubles using the exercise ball for back xtns due to an out of commision back xtn station. Got it figured out, but slowed me down a bit. Will be faster next time!
