Part A: Push ups on the minute, going up by 2 each round, skipping rope whenever not busy doing push-ups. (Went to round of 22 pushups).

Part B: 800m run (2:58) Rather slow for a single 800, but I’m blaming all the turnarounds as we did the 200m circuit 4 times.

Part C: 30 GHD SU, 50 KBS (1.5 pood), 30 abmat SU. (5:10)
