Tried some double-unders in between each set (up to 20 min) to get the HR up a bit for the lift

Seem to be positive for results, especially after yesterday and all the HSPU’s

CrossFit outdoor class lots of slam balls, push-ups with one hand on med ball, v-situps and lateral jumps over the med ball while your partner sprinted 100m then 50m bear walk then 50m crab walk then switched with partner as many rounds in 20 minutes. then did med ball throws for 100m in as few throws then med ball throws 100m as fast as you can (time). Fun in the sun had by all!

Outdoor class….as stated above it was a lot more challenging than I thought it would be…good job GMAN on Fran….
