At Home WOD

5 rounds for time of:

Run 400m
Handstand Walk 50 ft.

WOD:

  1. Hang Power Snatch – 3 reps X 5-7 working sets, rest approx. 120s
  2. Hang Squat Snatch – 2 reps X 5-7 working sets, rest approx. 120s

Post time to complete At Home WOD and loads for all sets of WOD to comments.
