Complete As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:
20 Two Foot Vertical Jumps – 24”/18”
30 Cal Row
40 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5/1.0 pood
50 Side Lunges (25/side), must squat after each lunge.
60s Bar Hang
At 20 min was at 34 side lunges into round 2. Finished round 2 at 22:22.
Jump – to low bar
30 cals took just under 3 min both rounds
KB – 0.7 pood
Side lunges – these took a long time!
Bar hang – round 1 unbroken, round 2 40s + 20s
