 B. AMRAP 7:

  1. 10 squat cleans (65/95 lb)
    20 sit-ups

Did the hotel version with 30# dumbbells. That was the max.

Managed 5 rounds in 7 min. It was pretty dark.

Coordinating the dumbbells, using my hips and pulling under was the hardest part. Ouch. Good for the soul. It was a crazy mental toughness challenge for me. I made sure my sit-ups were quick out of the bottom but that just meant more squat cleans. Dear Jesus.
