14 seconds slower than my PR, but the handle came off my rope during the set of 30. I grabbed the end of the rope and finished off the set. Did it cost 14 seconds? Maybe not, but I’ll tell myself it did!

Thanks Brett for reminding us during class to relax with the DU’s! You happen to say it around the time I wrapped the rope around my neck while repositioning for DU’s.

8:58 – I am improving little by little- last time was 10:20. I need to focus on relaxing for the skipping. How does one improve on the sit ups? Thanks Anita for the push – you did fantastic! Thanks Brett for the warm up and the tips tonight!

9:19 as RX’d. I’m not the best at DU’s, but today was the best I’ve done at them in quite a while, and I did ALL situps unbroken.

Very happy with my time considering I had to stop yesterday’s WOD halfway due to my back. Back wasn’t 100% tonight, but it doesn’t really affect either move too badly.
