Started “crawling faster” at about 15-20 reps in.

6:52 unbroken with broken feet/calves

Wanted to be slightly faster for my record keeping. I was very curious to see how high my feet would allow me to jump. Better than I thought. Under 6 min was my goal last time. It continues to be my goal as I work my way out of the injury zone. Enjoyed the small class size today.
