Runs on treadmill, not good for 200m sprints: either you jump on a fast rolling machine or spend the first 70m waiting for the blasted thing to speed up..

6:00 am Class 10 minutes each part
Part A Part B (45/65 lbs)
5 clap push-ups 5 hang snatch
7 knees to elbows 7 Thursters
10 pull ups 10 Sumo deadlift high pull
You choose what to do first – 4 minute rest between parts – count round total
All I can say is the workout was great and pushed me to the limit…suck at pull-ups…total 13 rounds…need to pace better next time…Doug was the beast of the class today.

Sub’d box jumps for DU’s…time was 28:13. It’s great not to have to lift anything other than my car keys today and no hanging from bars, either πŸ™‚

Substituted 50 Singles for 25 doubles.

Back extensions and shin splints slowed me down.

Row instead of run.
Row time increased from 40 to 50 sec by rd 5.

22:57, but 13:57 without rest times. First two rounds of double unders were broken over and over again. Rounds 3 to 5 all done unbroken. Those rounds were about over a minute faster, so I left a couple minutes on the table because i cant spin a rope. Frustrating but may have had a breakthrough on them now. Thanks Brett for the help

24:10….ish maybe a few second shorter/longer due to not looking at the clock right away when i finished back extensions. I really dislike those frickin’ double unders, they are crap….mainly because i’m crap at them.

Double-unders killed me. For every one I got, I think I must have missed about 10!

The running was what ate a big chunk of time. DU’s were all unbroken except during the first round or was it the second? It’s all a blur! Back extensions felt tough as I hadn’t done them in months, but I forced myself to get them done quickly. It’s the darn running that just bags me!
