Pre-workout:
On a 12:00 clock:
Every 2:00 perform:
5 double overhand deadlift
– Build to your heaviest set.

AMRAP 9:
9 deadlifts (155/225 lb)
3 wall walks

B. 6 rounds + 7 deadlift at 205#
Everything felt a little heavier than it should have today.

Clearly I can’t do maths.. missed the last round 🥴

Wall walks were scaled to only halfway up.

I thought it was only 6 sets but I was wrong… had to cobble together a bar at the last second with Ragnar so did the last set with some bonus plates

5 rounds + 1 walk
Walks Rx for first 2.67 rounds then almost all fairly scaled versions of suck.

335 was just right as it started to slip on rep 3ish

B) 7R + 2 DL
Fun one. Tried to put weight in heels for every dl. Tried to do 3 steps back and 3 steps forward.

Fun to be back with my CrossFit Calgary fit family.
