Coach’s notes: Guys use 115# and gals 75# for thrusters. You can do the reps and/or exercises in any manner you choose. For example you could row 400m, do 15 thrusters, 400m run X 2. As long as you complete all reps and distances. Post time to complete to comments.

10:37 for me, should have been faster… felt like I was saving myself too much, if I didn’t do that for marriage why would I do it for crossfit?

I didn’t read the wod closely enough. Thought it was all rowing. So I did 800m row to start and 15 thrusters, 400m row, 15, 400m row.
as Rxd. I did 800m Row, then 800m Run. I was back in CFC at 6:15 but didn’t finish WOD until 11:50 bc I had to do the Thrusters in sets of 2 after doing only 4 to start.
12:10 with 65lbs and rowed the entire 1600m because of my knee injury.
