A. 95/115/135/155/155/165. All were 3s. Need better technique before I can move higher in weight.
B. 225/235/265/285/300/300. All were 2s. My lifts esp at 300 didn’t have much of a shrug such that I’m not sure it can be considered a legitimate “Clean” Shrug.

Figures… I love cleans and haven’t done in a while and they come up on the day I can’t make it in 🙁 great PRs and weight today!


Worked up to 185×2


95/105/115/125/130×2/130×1 – need to practice getting my elbows under it quickly
135/150 – then shut er down- still suffering from pull up hand, it made lifting not so comfortable. All the same I need practice on this lift, so glad I came. Your coaching tips tonight were great DJ, thanks for the class and thanks Mark for the help as well!
