20 Barbell Clean

15 KB Swings

15 Cleans

30 KB Swings

10 Cleans

45 KB Swings

5 Cleans

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 135 lbs and gals 95 for the clean and guys 1.5 pood for the swings and gals 1 pood.  Post time to complete to comments.

135 lb squat cleans and 1.5 pood
outside in heat, tasted blood, back gassed, nice wod, rushed to get it done


– Scaled cleans to ‘Linda weight’ = 3/4 bwt=117lb
– 55 lb DB swings
– When I checked my watch at the end it was stopped at 8min. So I don’t know how long it took me, but let’s just say it took ‘a while’.

For time
4 min of Burpies (Me – 53 Giles – 57) then do 57 of the remaining exercises.

Pierre, I learnt not to wear a wrist watch while doing cleans last year on Elizabeth after discovering my watch got stopped during one of the catches.
