Scaled OHS to 90LBS.
Most I did consecutive was 6.
My left shoulder is falling apart and its so frusterating.

Chest to bar was ok but most consecutive was 7.

No time.


27:16 pretty much as rx’d (maybe a few squats of questionable depth).

Too heavy!!! I definitely should have scaled. Now I know what Alvaro feels like every other workout!!

OHS as RX’d. Reps were 10/6/5, 6/5/4, 5/4

Chest to bar were as high as I could get. I was getting close for almost all of them. I think I could do about half as RX’d next time. Ironically I actually touched the bar 3 times in a row to start my last set. Gotta remember to fire the hips through!

OHS with 75# First Time ever doing this movement. Working on Form
Pull Ups were as Rx’d. Last 9 done with reverse grip.
