As rx’d 22 cal/13, 21 cal/9, 21/7, 19/6 *had to go so didn’t get to finish –
Michelle, Colin thanks so much – I greatly needed your push on this one!!! Love your bars Colin! Nicely done 6 am class!


I did OHS instead of bench press. (Shoulders are hurting with bench press)

Had a truly horrible moment when I thought I was done after round 5 and then remembered that it was 6 rounds, very very depressing moment:) Did as rx’d with the 85lb bench. Thanks Rebecca, Aud and Kim you guys did great. That was a good/nauseating WOD Brett.

Did a workout at home. It showed me yet again, how awesome CrossFit and CFC is!!!
I re-did a workout from May 30th, 2009, so from just over two years ago. It was a Saturday James special that he called the “Five Frickin’ Fifty-Five” which was
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of Knees to Elbows, Box Jumps, Goblet Squats, Pull-ups and KB Swings

In 2009, I did it with a 20″ box, 25# KB for the squats and swings, and blue band for pull-ups. I finished in 33:16

Today, I did it with a 24″ box, 44# KB for the squats and swings, and no band for pull-ups.
I finished in 21:47

Normally, I would say a polite ‘thank you’ to the Coach but i just can’t do it tonight…..That was the closest i’ve come to “puking” in a CFC wod!!! Rowing was just NOT meant for me!!!

Did 80# on the bench. If I had known that prescribed was actually 85 instead of 95, I would have pushed myself harder and done the 85.
