50 – 45 lb. Thruster
35 – Knees to Elbows

outdoor class:

warm up – every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: 5 push ups, 10 sit-ups and 15 squats

WOD:

100 meter 50lb sandbag run
20 ball slams

100 meter 50lb tire pull run
20 band resistance push ups (tough to do)

100 meter run with a 10 foot pipe filled with water (~50lbs and very difficult to run with)
20 tuck jumps

100 meter run with a big ball filled with water (~50lbs)
20 push-up burpees

Round 1: 6:14

6 min rest

Round 2: 6:08

A very tough workout today (as is every outdoor workout ). Today was the last class of this outdoor session and I had a blast. Everything from tabatta’s in the snow, running in the rain, hill sprints and the above workout made the outdoor classes very challenging…I recommend people signing up for the next session (starts in 2 weeks) or least try one class to see what it is like…


Only had a pair of 20 lb dumb bells at home for thrusters…..
