Well, here we have it Crew, finally a barbell back in our hands, have fun!!!!!!!

So great to be inside with the crew throwing weights around!! Worked up to 225. The re-rack in the middle was the hardest part.

Strong work boys. Only went up to 185#, guess I am weaker than kittens…………..mouse?????


That was so much fun! I loved lifting with friends again! Worked up to 135# and called it quits to work on form.


Successfully hit 175, missed the second S2O at 185. Gots some relearnin’ to do as my hips were coming forward not back in the catch of my push jerks. So good to lift something heavy again!!
