At 6 a.m.
a1. Hang Cleans X5 with 20 sec rest, increasing weight 42/52/52/57/62
a2. Ring Push Ups AMRAPS 90 sec rest 9/10/9/10/10
b1. Bench Press x 3 65lbs 20sec rest
b2. pulls up 12-15 (I only did 10 each rep) 2 min rest
c. GHD situps 15×4

can’t do toes to bar. don’t know how to kip yet, so did knees to elbows (was hard and I had to break it up). Probably went a bit light on weight for squats (still figuring things out) – 72lb’s (although last set was a real burn!). Again, I’m just happy to have finished! 🙂
9:17 using 115 lbs. I decided to practice kipping during this workout and getting my legs up as high as possible. Turned out to be more of a knees to elbow or something close to that.

Scaled to 115 lbs. Even then squats were sets of 5-8.

9:49: 125lbs, GHD- sub for toes to bar….my hands still hurt from the weekend!
14.54 scaled to 80lbs.
13:24 with 165# front squats instead of the back squat.
10:42 Scaled to 75# and Can’t even get knees to elbows so I got knees up. Blech 🙁 Very humbling and I know my core needs lots of work, so does my grip. Grip pads worked great no caluses but needs more strength to keep up.
