A. Up to 255. That’s all my grip could handle.
B. Up to 125 and then did 3 sets there.
Thanks Todd!
Great job 6 and 9am.

Feeling like a slug today. Carrying the weight of the world. Lacking aggression in my lifts.

First time doing a Bar snatch in months of course. Took it easy. Focused on keeping my back straight and the bar close. Pretty satisfied with the outcome today. Felt really good but tired on last rep. Waiting for my core strength to come back.

Thanks for the encouraging feedback Derek. Made my day.

Snatch Grip Deadlift 205#
Power Snatch 115#

Did way better than I thought I would. No complaints.

A) 225, mostly focused on form
B) up to 175, had to go to the video replay official on depth for rep 3 (thanks Chita).
Thanks Todd!

A) 135/165/185/205/225/235 (x2, grip failed on rep 3)
B) 75/95/105/115/125/135 (1/x/1/x)

Shoulder felt solid even at 135, just couldn’t string 2 together at that weight. Probably shouldn’t be surprised as my 3rm power snatch is actually 125 and that felt really good tonight.

Thanks Josh!
