9:30am WOD
Back Squat – 5x, 45/65/75/85/95/3×105
Push Press – 5x, 45/65/75/2×85/4×85
Pull Up – 5×5, blue band

steps-ups (15 lb DB)
K2E (17, 16, 12)
KB lunges (1 pood – approx. 20/round)

i want to say 16:45 as rxd, but I couldnt remember exactly. Running is getting easier, and I actually linked a couple rounds of twenty of butterfly pullups together. Made life a lot easier, just need to keep working them

Beat all my previous PB’s so really happy!
