I was really thinking that I would get heavier than this today, but apparently I still have a few things to work on..

CrossFit is hard… and fun!

Started from the bar weight and got to 125lbs to see how far I could push things with my injured feet. I did well all things considered. A little rusty but reassuring for my fragile ego:) The jerks were tough with a weakened ankle.

I’m so happy to be lifting at the gym again. Easing back into things but not taking it too easy.

Glad the lines are gone.


Focused on not bending my arms too early. Getting there! Welcome to the new faces at 6am this morning 🙂

Worked up to 195, stayed at 185 for a bunch of sets, definitely feeling the 15 months of missed lifting………………….
