Yikes! I so wouldn’t have done the last round if it weren’t for the amazing encouragement of Rae, Jen and Evan in doing the last round alongside me. You all are such incredible spirits to have cared enough about my progress. Thank you. I wanted to kill you all in that last round but now I want to hug you all!! Ha! Ha! I love the spirit of CF!!!!

Round one felt lovely…the others were T-O-U-G-H! I was on the floor huffing, puffing and whining for several minutes after that one! Audra, your energy is unreal, I was just so happy to see you in the distance ahead! Nice job by all the 5ers! Michelle, thanks for the encouragement and energy!!

EEK – I can’t remember my time; I think it was 23:45 I blame the runner’s brain. I did my first two sets of box jumps as prescribed but switched to the small box due to just klutzy feet. Ran a 6th lap with Rhiannon and did an extra 10 box jumps to support her last set. 🙂 Thanks Evan for a great class!
