600m row/ski/Echo
400-m weighted front carry (70/100 lb)
50 GHD sit-ups
400-m weighted front carry
50 Shuttle runs – 20ft. (there and back = 2)
– Use a pair of DBs, KBs, a sandbag, or a D-ball held on the front side of the body for each carry.

16:31, scaled pretty much everything. Used 2x1Pd Kbs (70# total) mostly front rack, some farmer carry, did 30 GHD 20 straight leg sit-ups, subbed 400m run for shuttle runs.
