Worked up to 3 reps at 118 which is more than I have done in a long time so I am happy ?

Went back to my 6am roots for this one.
Up to 475#. 10# off evening 3RM.
Good to see the morning gang again. Nice work today.

Up to 200#, got 205# but it was ugly and I feel like I shouldn’t count it…Adele’s idea of skipping was a good one (in theory). Thanks Colin for the help and pointers this morning!


Worked up to 245#. Failed 255# thanks, Colin!

9:19 Deadlifts slow consistent pace
B) Front Rack Step Back Lunges 3/leg x5 135# slippery floor added an extra fun challenge
C) L-sit hang 20sec x 5 rest 20 sec


Worked up to 220#. Started to feel my form slip so didn’t go up any more.
Great job 7AM, thanks OG!


Started with some back squats. Worked up to 184# which is 98% of my current 1RM
Then on to deadlifts!

Maxed out here and dropped back down to 193# to really work on form.

B) 1 Power Clean 155# every 45sec for 15 min.


Today was an interesting day…wasn’t really feeling it today when I got to the gym.

445 is 85% of my last recorded 1RM
