Didn’t push the weight much. Worked on form and squatting. 44lbs in the end
up to 130, which is a 10 lb PR.
Failed at 145. This is my first time trying the snatch with any significant weight.
Working technique with light load…42lb hold squat until stable on heels up to 49lb.
up to 120 and had it over my head like 20 times, but couldn’t find the sweet spot to hold it there. Lost it forward every time. Frustrated!. Thanks Kris and Stacey!!
Just practiced technique with a light weight (28lbs) due to shoulder issues.
