Great job 7pm.

Did this at a hotel. What a gift for the new year. So mental. I was pretty winded at 12 ttbar. Made it to 16 using 40#. Getting stronger. After 4 days of light activity I thought I did ok. Learning how to push my mental game and suck up the pain on these workouts. The journey to Rx continues.
