Yeah, I’m pretty sure I was over 10 on the pushups alone. Box jumps were unbroken until the set of 40.

Did DUs and squats (used 20lb med ball) instead of the push ups and the box jumps.

Scaled workout today 50 push ups, 10 box jumps, 40 push ups 20 box jumps. Not sure of my finish time on that one…around 12 something. Thanks Laura for the good coaching – your laugh cracks me up!
