Coach’s notes: Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest performed for 8 sets, with no rest between exercises. In other words, do 20 seconds of medicine ball cleans, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times, then go immediately into 20 seconds of sit-ups and 10 seconds of rest for another 8 sets, then to walballs and push-ups in the same fashion. Record total reps for each exercise and total reps for all exercises to comments.
