222 failed. tried a couple of times couldnt get it. Might be mental more than physical. need to work on it.

Finished with 5×177 x 5×177 power clean focused on form
also 12×135 12×135 hang power clean for form and speed.

186 x 1…

did not go higher because I was catching in a full standing position. The weight was light but re-enforcing bad habits is not a good idea. Brett had me do several sets of triples at 155 focusing on “pause” power cleans where I force myself to be in the catch for a few seconds…
