Coach’s notes:  The thing I like about double unders is that whether you are good at them or not, they are very challenging.  If you are proficient, rip them off and then get back to your rows.  If you are still learning them, this is a chance to practice.  If you are currently unable to get them, again use this as practice time and count legitimate attempts as reps until you are able to do them successfully.  Post time to complete to comments.

Ah Geoffery…

As Rx’d. Boy am I ever glad I practiced DU’s last week.

20 min (give or take 1 min, no watch so I used the gym wall clock).

As Rx’d
At one pint I was able two do consecutive DU’s.
This is something I should work at.
One heck of a workout.

Did in class tonight with subs of:
50 double-unders, 50 push-ups, 50 DB thrusters (15#), 50 box jumps between the 500 m row.

Annie = 5:53, bad breakups on the double unders. Under video review it took me almost 10 sec to get 10 D/U’s. More work needed, happy to maybe make the board!
