Well that was fun…

My approached to the WOD was not the greatest, but still had an awesome workout! Went out way to hard in the rower and the first thruster was a learning experience.

Overall, loved the challenge! I think my time was 17:35ish. Didn’t record it right way and forgot the seconds.
