As Many Rounds as Possible(AMRAP) in 25 minutes of:
5 Left Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead – 90#/60#
10 Burpees
5 Right Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
10 Burpees
5 Left Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead – 90#/60#
10 Burpees
5 Right Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

What a way to close out the year. Yikes!
8 rounds + LA S2OH + 7 burpees.
S2OH @ 30#. 35# was juuuust a bit too much. 32.5# would have been perfect.

First round unbroken. Not so much for later rounds where broke into sets of 3/2. Definitely weaker on left side.
Last 2 minutes spent flailing a 90# dumbbell to forehead level.

I should have probably gone lighter. This was an interesting one.
Used 90lb db with Derek S and Kyle B. I welcomed the “rest” while waiting for the dumbbell.
Only got 4 Rounds + 1 S2O. I can’t tell if it was the Burpees that slowed me down or the dumbbell.

25lb DB and burpees were step back and step up with no jump. I tried a few rounds stepping back and jumping up. They seemed to feel okay but didn’t want to take any chances with my torn muscle.

Wanted to use 25’s but elbows were objecting in the lowers (you fix one thing……)
Still with all the burpees it was probably the right call for shoulders as well
