B. 50 Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunges (25/leg) – 45#/30#/hand
C. 10 Rope Climbs

D. 75 GHD Sit ups
Compare to September 27, 2015
A. Did sets of 10 DUs and then 1triple attempt to 110
B. Used 7.5 and was happy my shoulder felt pretty good
C. 5 attempts working on the J hook.
D. 40 GHD sit-ups

Still feeling crushed from heavy DT so just treated it as an unmotivated practice day
A) spent 5 mins did 25 came the closest I have come to linking them. All singles end result
B) did 25 at 45 per hand then some walking lunges holding them at side.
C)did 10. No rush on time worked on being more efficient and had a breakthrough thanks to Josh
D) did 40 then another 40 sit-ups as its been a while since I have done ghd sit ups.

3 – GHD Sit ups X 50 – 4:30 (been a long time … will feel these)
4 – 5 Mins of D/U practice … Brutal
