OHS 5, 5, 8, 11, 13, 15
Coach’s notes: Work up to your heaviest set of 15 OHS. The sets of 5 through 13 are intended for you to “seek out” your load for your set of 15 and should not be max effort sets. If you easily complete or fail the last set, the set of 15, adjust the load and make another attempt. Rest as needed between sets. Post loads for each set to comments.

got 95x 15, failed 100. Weird, cause it didn’t really feel heavy, just kind of… dropped it. Not happy cause i’ve done 95×10 several months ago. I think too many reps before the heaviest attempt.?
1/2 Tabata pullups in the warmup. 10/10/10/15. Wasn’t sure what to aim for. Obviously more than 10.
