attempts of legless needed more help each round.
HSPU modified from a box(felt effective)
deadlift RX’d
Nice work 6 p.m.
Thanks Jason
Well, the intention was to have a relatively light deadlift, one that encouraged unbroken sets, that would then cause interference between the ensuing rope climb regarding the grip, check. What I didn’t expect was that the interference would hit full steam after only one round. My first round was 60s, next round 1:42.
Managed 11 rounds. Fitness is hard, but fun.
Oops, guess I signed in as Rhiannon. Above was me (Brett), really.
