Snatch – 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

Coach’s notes:  Work up to a maximum 1 repetition barbell snatch.  Post load for each set to comments.

Did Deadlifts instead – 285/325/355/375/385/395. Could have gone for more, but I was mentally taxed.
Post – Snatch/OHS practice. Reason being, the right shoulder. I still do not have enough confidence in it…yet!!!
